There are many optional units available as part of the Certificate (CET) and Diploma in Education and Training (DET), including some of the assessment and internal quality assurance units (listed above). You will need to decide which are appropriate for your learners. See the list below for the assignments which I have produced for the most popular units.
You can download the official list of optional units with their credit values, and learning outcomes/assessment criteria here.
Learners must achieve at least 15 credits for CET, or 45 credits for DET, from the optional units at the relevant level.
Some of the level 3 or 4 optional units are acceptable for the level 4 or 5 Certificate or Diploma.

You should refer to the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the relevant qualifications to ensure all aspects have been covered prior to assessment.
The questions are a guide, and have been devised according to the relevance of each unit’s assessment criteria (and cross-referenced to them), rather than following them in order.
If you wish, you can change and adapt the questions, as all assignments are supplied as electronic Word documents.
You are responsible for ensuring the units and credit values meet the rules of combination (where applicable).
Exemplar responses are available for some of the theory units as a guide to aid marking and standardisation. They must not to be given to learners under any circumstances and are only sold on this basis.
Where answers are not supplied, assessors should ensure that their learners have met the learning outcomes and assessment criteria when making a decision regarding their achievement.
Academic writing and referencing is a requirement at level 4 and above.
If learners are able to meet the requirements of any of the assessment criteria from other units, they should be able to cross-reference these rather than duplicate their responses. Holistic assessment is good practice.
Please complete the form to enquire about making a purchase. Once approved, payment must be made via PayPal or bank transfer. A secure link to access the materials will be emailed via WeTransfer when the payment has cleared. Please check your junk mail if it doesn't arrive.
You may need to agree the use of the assignments with your awarding organisation (AO) before use. They might stipulate a word count for each response, none of which are provided for these assignments as AOs differ regarding their guidance. You could decide on your own word counts if none are provided. Learners should be encouraged to be specific and concise when responding to the questions. It is usually acceptable for learners to write in the first person as they are claiming ownership of what they would do/have done. However, you will need to check this with your AO.
