Staff package

Online CPD modules for your staff

What is a staff package?

  • It's a bundle of online modules for members of your staff which relate to particular topics.
  • The modules will enable staff to update their knowledge for continuing professional development (CPD) purposes.
  • The modules are ideal for new staff to understand about their job role, and for existing staff to update their knowledge, or to demonstrate their commitment to meeting the current standards (e.g. if they hold a previous version such as D32, D33, D34, D35 or A1, A2, V1, V2).
  • Staff will receive a record of achievement upon successful completion of each module, ideal for their CPD records.
  • You can choose which modules will suit your staff's needs from the 'what's available' list below.

What's available?

In association with KMF Training, I am pleased to announce that your staff can take online CPD modules for the following subject areas:

About the CPD modules

  • Staff can take the online modules anytime, anyplace and anywhere with a suitable device. They do not have to log onto your network.

  • Staff can join our exclusive LinkedIn group to communicate with others and to discuss the content of the modules.

  • Each module will take between 1-3 hours to complete, depending how fast they work.
  • Staff can stop and start when they wish via a secure online system, automatically saving their work as they progress.
  • The content of each module is short, sharp, clear and concise - just like my books and resources.
  • The modules include text, animations (narrated by me), videos, free downloadable resources, activities, a quiz, and a reading & website list.
  • Staff will gain a record of achievement upon completion of each module.
  • They are ideal if staff need to demonstrate that they are meeting the content of a particular qualification for their job role. For example if they completed the D32/D34 or A1/V1 Assessor's/IQA Award many years ago, and need to demonstrate that they are now working at the current TAQA assessment and quality assurance standards. You can download a document showing how the content of the modules cross-references to the qualification content - just scroll to the end of this page.
  • Each module can only be used once by one staff member.
