    Observation document  


    Observation checklist/report for the Certificate in Education and Training (in Word) (£4.00)

    6 page pro-forma in Word with detailed information regarding aspects to observe, along with comment boxes. Aspects include: planning and preparation, introduction to the session, teaching and learning, resources, assessment and concluding the session. Guidance notes are included regarding what to look for in each aspect. An overall feedback page is included, as well as the learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the three mandatory units which must be observed as part of the qualification.  A form should be used for each observation so that throughout all the observations, all the assessment criteria can be met. Can easily be adapted to suit your own requirements.
